She’s in Power is an initiative of Colorado C3E designed to grow and inspire the women who will be tomorrow’s clean energy leaders and reduce greenhouse gases in the City of Fort Collins — this year. Innovating a more sustainable community today. Developing the diverse clean energy workforce of tomorrow.

She’s in Power pairs the best and brightest in clean energy today with the young women who will shape the clean energy economy’s future through 10 hands-on learning projects.

She’s in Power teams made up of volunteer mentees (Sparks), mentors (Energizers) and community partners will develop and deploy hands-on independent Power Projects, each working to measurably reduce greenhouse gases in Fort Collins — this year. Working together, they’ll roll up their sleeves to:
- Increase energy efficiency via energy audits and recommendations
- Catalyze renewable energy projects like crowdsourced solar and solar modeling
- Generate clean energy awareness through neighborhood meetings, community events and renewable energy incentives
She’s in Power is an all-volunteer initiative of Colorado C3E, a 501©3 Colorado nonprofit organization.
